How to join
- 1. Click belowto open the Packrat Discord invite. You'll need a free Discord account, sign-up takes about a minute.
- 2. Follow the #verify prompts to link your Packrat account using Discord OAuth. No password is ever shared.
- 3. Pick your game roles in #roles so you only see the channels for the TCGs you actually care about.
- 4. Check your DMs for the 5% welcome code from the Packrat bot. The code is single-use and works on any order.

Frequently asked questions
- Is the Packrat Discord free to join?
- Yes, the Packrat Discord is completely free. There are no paid tiers and no subscription. The 5% welcome code, restock alerts and silhouette challenges are open to every verified member.
- Do I need to be in the UK to join?
- No. The community is UK-focused (most drops and conversation centre on UK availability and pricing) but everyone is welcome. We ship to over 35 countries including Ireland, the EU, USA, Canada and Japan.
- How do I claim the 5% welcome code?
- Join the server, follow the prompts in #verify to link your Packrat account, and the bot will DM you a single-use 5% code for your first order. Linking is OAuth, you never share a password.
- What kind of restock alerts do I get?
- Every time we add new stock or restock a sold-out product, the bot posts in #drops with the product name, language and a direct link. You can also set per-channel notifications inside Discord so you only get pinged for the games you care about.
- Can I request a product to be stocked?
- Yes. The #stock-requests channel is exactly for that. Post the format "Category - Brand / Game - Exact product name - Language" (for example "TCG - Pokemon - Mega Dream Booster Box - English") and we'll try to source it. We stock English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.
- Is the marketplace safe?
- Marketplace channels are limited to verified members and moderated by Packrat staff. We log message history for dispute help, but you should still follow standard TCG trade safety — agree clearly, photograph cards before sending, and use tracked postage. For higher-value trades, use the on-site Packrat Marketplace which includes escrow and buyer protection.
- What games do members play?
- Active rooms for Pokemon TCG (English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese), Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Gundam and Dragon Ball. Self-assign a role and the relevant channels appear in your sidebar.
- How do I report a problem or get help?
- Open a mod ticket in #create-a-ticket — only you and the Packrat mod team can see it. For order-specific issues you can also email info@packratt.co.uk.
