Are you a TCG wholesale distributor in the UK?

Yes. Packrat is a UK-based wholesale distributor of sealed trading card game products. We supply Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Dragon Ball and Gundam to trade customers at competitive ex VAT prices, with UK-based fulfilment and a £250 ex VAT minimum order.

Are you a Pokemon wholesale distributor in the UK?

Yes. Packrat supplies sealed Pokemon at wholesale trade prices to UK businesses, including booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, booster packs and bundles in both English and Japanese. Apply for a wholesale account to access the live trade catalogue with current stock at ex VAT prices.

What is the minimum wholesale order?

The minimum wholesale order value is £250 ex VAT per order. VAT is added on top at checkout where applicable (margin scheme items carry no VAT), along with delivery.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Fill in the wholesale application form on this page with your business details, contact information, and at least one trade reference. Due to high demand, you'll be added to our waiting list and we'll be in touch as soon as a spot opens up.

What TCG brands do you supply at wholesale?

We supply sealed products across Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Gundam, and more. Our live wholesale catalogue lists everything currently in stock at trade prices.

How long do I have to place my first order?

Newly approved wholesale accounts must place their first order within one month of approval. Accounts with no order in that window are closed and reverted to a standard retail account. You can re-apply at any time, but a rejoined account has two weeks to place its first order, and if it misses that window too it is closed permanently.

How do I see what is available?

Once approved, you get access to our live wholesale catalogue showing current stock at trade prices (ex VAT). Add what you want to your cart and place the order online; VAT (where applicable) and delivery are added at checkout and you pay the total by UK bank transfer within 24 hours.

Where do you ship wholesale orders?

UK orders ship within the United Kingdom with delivery added at checkout. European, Asian, US and Canadian businesses apply on the same application page, reviewed by our team like a UK application; once approved they order from the same live catalogue as a zero-rated export (no UK VAT), shipped from our UK warehouse with carriage quoted per order or collected by their own courier.

Do you supply wholesale customers in Asia?

Yes. Registered businesses across Asia and the Middle East can apply, including Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Brunei, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Select your country on the application form, or choose Other if it is not listed; no invitation is needed.

How does wholesale ordering work for Asia partners?

Approved Asia partners get the same live trade catalogue and online ordering as UK partners, with prices in GBP ex VAT and a £250 minimum order. Orders are zero-rated exports (no UK VAT) shipped from our UK warehouse: choose your own courier collection, or we quote courier carriage to your address and add it to your invoice before you pay. Payment is in GBP by international bank transfer (you pay your own bank's charges, and a flat international payment fee on the invoice covers our receiving-bank charge) or by card with the international card fee instead. Import duties or local taxes in your country are handled by you as the importer. Partners who also want Japanese product can join our optional Wholesale Founders membership.

Do you supply wholesale customers in the USA?

Yes. Registered US businesses (LLCs, corporations, sole proprietorships and partnerships) can apply on the same application form by selecting United States; no invitation is needed. Approved US partners order from the same live trade catalogue in GBP ex VAT with a £250 minimum. Orders ship from our UK warehouse as zero-rated exports with courier carriage quoted per order, or collected by your own forwarder. As the importer of record you pay any US customs duties, tariffs and broker fees on arrival.

Do you supply wholesale customers in Canada?

Yes. Registered Canadian businesses (corporations, sole proprietorships and partnerships) can apply on the same application form by selecting Canada; no invitation is needed. Approved Canadian partners order from the same live trade catalogue in GBP ex VAT with a £250 minimum. Orders ship from our UK warehouse as zero-rated exports with courier carriage quoted per order, or collected by your own forwarder. As the importer of record you pay any Canadian customs duties, GST/HST and broker fees on arrival.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow up to 5 working days from payment for your wholesale order to arrive. Wholesale orders are hand-packed and ship slower than standard retail, so plan your stock ordering accordingly.

How are wholesale orders paid for?

Place your order in the live catalogue and pay the total (goods + VAT + delivery) by UK bank transfer within 24 hours. You get a VAT invoice for every order and it is dispatched once payment is received.

What business types can apply for wholesale?

We accept applications from Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies, Sole Traders, and Partnerships that sell trading card game products.
