2. Definitions
"We", "us", and "our" refer to LEONIVEYGAMES LTD. "You" and "your" refer to the customer. "Products" refers to all items available for purchase on this website, including sealed trading card game products.
3. Account Terms
You may create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on this website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the point of order. For pre-order items, payment is taken at the time of placing the order.
5. Order Process
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order or confirm dispatch via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

8. Loyalty Rewards Programme
We operate a loyalty rewards programme ("the Programme") for registered account holders. By participating in the Programme, you agree to the following terms.
8.1 Eligibility
The Programme is available to customers with a registered account on our website. Guest checkout orders do not qualify for points. We reserve the right to exclude any account from the Programme at our discretion.
8.2 Earning Points
Points are earned on qualifying purchases at the rate displayed on our website (currently 1 point per £1 spent, calculated on the order total inclusive of VAT). Additional bonus points may be awarded for pre-ordering eligible products, referring new customers, or submitting approved product reviews. The rates for bonus points are set at our discretion and may change at any time.
8.3 Redeeming Rewards
Points may be redeemed for rewards as advertised on our website, including but not limited to store credit, free shipping, exclusive merchandise, and raffle entries. Reward availability and point costs are subject to change without notice. Redemption codes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
8.4 Store Credit
Store credit rewards are applied as a discount at checkout. VAT is calculated on the discounted price. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted.
8.5 Points Expiry
Points will expire if your account has no points-earning or points-redeeming activity for a continuous period of 12 months. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before points expire, but it is your responsibility to use your points within this period.
8.6 Refunds and Reversals
If an order is refunded, any points earned on that order will be reversed. If you have already redeemed those points, your balance may become negative.
8.7 Referrals
Referral bonuses are awarded when a referred friend registers using your unique referral link and completes their first qualifying purchase. You may not refer yourself, and we reserve the right to withhold referral bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
8.8 General
Points have no monetary value and do not constitute property. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Programme at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. In the event of Programme termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to redeem outstanding points. We may adjust or forfeit points in cases of error, fraud, or abuse.
9. Warranties and Liability
All products sold are sealed, official trading card game products. We warrant that products will be as described and of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
