2. Definitions
"We", "us", and "our" refer to LEONIVEYGAMES LTD. "You" and "your" refer to the customer. "Products" refers to all items available for purchase on this website, including sealed trading card game products.
3. Account Terms
You may create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on this website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the point of order. For pre-order items, payment is taken at the time of placing the order.
5. Order Process
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order or confirm dispatch via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Supply and Delivery
Please refer to our Delivery Policy for full details on shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times.
Goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you, or to a person or place you have nominated to receive them. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, see sections 9 and 10 of our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to report it and what we will do.

8. Loyalty Rewards Programme
We operate a loyalty rewards programme ("the Programme") for registered account holders. By participating in the Programme, you agree to the following terms.
8.1 Eligibility
The Programme is available to customers with a registered account on our website. Guest checkout orders do not qualify for points. We reserve the right to exclude any account from the Programme at our discretion.
8.2 Earning Points
Points are earned on qualifying purchases at the rate displayed on our website (currently 1 point per £1 spent, calculated on the order total inclusive of VAT). Additional bonus points may be awarded for pre-ordering eligible products, referring new customers, or submitting approved product reviews. The rates for bonus points are set at our discretion and may change at any time.
8.3 Redeeming Rewards
Points may be redeemed for rewards as advertised on our website, including but not limited to store credit, free shipping, exclusive merchandise, and raffle entries. Reward availability and point costs are subject to change without notice. Redemption codes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
8.4 Store Credit
Store credit rewards are applied as a discount at checkout. VAT is calculated on the discounted price. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted.
8.5 Points Expiry
Points will expire if your account has no points-earning or points-redeeming activity for a continuous period of 12 months. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before points expire, but it is your responsibility to use your points within this period.
8.6 Refunds and Reversals
If an order is refunded, any points earned on that order will be reversed. If you have already redeemed those points, your balance may become negative.
8.7 Referrals
Referral bonuses are awarded when a referred friend registers using your unique referral link and completes their first qualifying purchase. You may not refer yourself, and we reserve the right to withhold referral bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
8.8 General
Points have no monetary value and do not constitute property. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Programme at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. In the event of Programme termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to redeem outstanding points. We may adjust or forfeit points in cases of error, fraud, or abuse.
9. Memberships and Subscriptions
This section applies to paid memberships (such as PACKRAT Founders and Marketplace Pro) and other paid subscriptions bought on this website, such as stock alerts. Wholesale Founders memberships are business accounts and are covered by our Wholesale Terms instead.
9.1 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly unless stated otherwise, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The price is shown before you subscribe.
9.2 Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page, with no notice period or exit fee. Your subscription then stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and ends at that point. Apart from section 9.3, we do not refund part-used billing periods. After cancelling a membership you must wait before you can join again: 90 days for Founders and 30 days for other memberships.
9.3 Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel a new subscription within 14 days of the day you take it out, without giving a reason. To do this, email info@packratt.co.uk within those 14 days with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can use the model form in section 9.5, but you do not have to. Cancelling from your account page stops the renewal; to claim a refund under this section, email us.
When you subscribe, you ask for your subscription to start straight away so you can use it during the 14 days. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we refund what you paid less an amount for the days you had the subscription before you told us you were cancelling. For example, if you cancel 5 days into a 30-day billing period, you pay for 5 of the 30 days and we refund the rest. If you did not ask for your subscription to start straight away, we refund the full amount.
Your subscription ends when we process your cancellation, and member prices, bonus points and other perks stop at that point. Any membership bonus points credited for the refunded period are removed. We refund you within 14 days of you telling us you are cancelling, to your original payment method.
9.4 Renewals
The 14-day right applies when you first take out a subscription, or take one out again after a previous one has ended. It does not start again each time your subscription renews. After the 14 days, you can still cancel at any time as described in section 9.2.

10. Warranties and Liability
All products sold are sealed, official trading card game products. We warrant that products will be as described and of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design, is the property of LEONIVEYGAMES LTD or its licensors. Product images and names are the property of their respective rights holders (Wizards of the Coast, The Pokemon Company, etc.).
12. Data Protection
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
