Request a UPS delivery quote from your cart (a free Packrat account is required) and we email you the UPS price within 2 working days, showing the UPS service and expected delivery time. You then pay for your goods and delivery together by card from the link in that email. You have 48 hours to pay once quoted, and we hold your items for you in the meantime.
- •Weight limit:Orders up to 30 kg can ship to United States, so sealed booster boxes, multi-box orders and case breaks are all fine.
- •Tracking: Every UPS parcel is tracked. You get the tracking number by email when we dispatch.
- •Import charges: Import tax, any customs duty and the UPS clearance (brokerage) fee are paid by you to UPS on delivery and are not included in your order total.
- •Currency: Checkout is in GBP, but the cart shows an approximate USD estimate next to the GBP total. Your card issuer handles the actual conversion at interbank rates, usually a few percent better than high-street currency exchanges.

We ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import tax, any duty and the UPS clearance (brokerage) fee are paid by you to UPS on delivery, so they are not included in your order total. The US suspended its $800 duty-free de minimis allowance for parcels from every country on 29 August 2025, so US import duty can apply to any order, whatever its value. The amount depends on what the product is and where it was made (not where it ships from), and UPS collects it, plus its clearance (brokerage) fee, on delivery. US tariff rules have changed several times since, so check with UPS if you need an exact figure before ordering.
