Who we ship to, and what it costs
Packrat is a UK-based trading card game shop and marketplace (LEONIVEYGAMES LTD, VAT-registered). Every United States order is packed at our own fulfilment desk in the UK and dispatched with UPS, with full tracking from the moment we hand it over until it is delivered. Delivery is quoted per order, and checkout is in GBP; the cart shows an approximate USD estimate next to the total so you know roughly what your card will be charged.
How shipping to United States works
Every United States order leaves our UK warehouse with UPS, fully tracked from our hand-off all the way to your door. We pack and dispatch from our own fulfilment desk in 1-2 business days, no third-party drop-shipping.
Delivery is quoted per order rather than priced at checkout. Request a UPS delivery quote from your cart (a free Packrat account is required) and we email you the UPS price within 2 working days, showing the UPS service and expected delivery time. You then pay for your goods and delivery together by card from the link in that email. You have 48 hours to pay once quoted, and we hold your items for you in the meantime.
- •Weight limit:Orders up to 30 kg can ship to United States, so sealed booster boxes, multi-box orders and case breaks are all fine.
- •Tracking: Every UPS parcel is tracked. You get the tracking number by email when we dispatch.
- •Import charges: Import tax, any customs duty and the UPS clearance (brokerage) fee are paid by you to UPS on delivery and are not included in your order total.
- •Currency: Checkout is in GBP, but the cart shows an approximate USD estimate next to the GBP total. Your card issuer handles the actual conversion at interbank rates, usually a few percent better than high-street currency exchanges.

Import VAT and duties on United States orders

The US suspended its $800 duty-free de minimis allowance for parcels from every country on 29 August 2025, so US import duty can apply to any order, whatever its value. The amount depends on what the product is and where it was made (not where it ships from), and UPS collects it, plus its clearance (brokerage) fee, on delivery. Currently no, the peer-to-peer singles marketplace is UK-only. Sealed shop products ship to United States. If you need a specific single shipped internationally, contact us and we'll check if the seller will ship.
