Yes, we ship to every EU 27 country plus Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Turkey, 32 destinations in total. Every order ships with UPS, using UPS Standard wherever it is available for your country, and is tracked end to end. If you don't see your country in the list above, contact us before ordering so we can confirm.

We pack and dispatch within 1-2 business days of payment. Transit time depends on your country and the UPS service available there, so your UPS delivery quote shows the service and the expected delivery time before you pay.

International delivery is quoted per order rather than priced at checkout. Request a UPS delivery quote from your cart (a free Packrat account is required) and we email you the UPS price within 2 working days. You then pay for your goods and delivery together by card from the link in that email. You have 48 hours to pay once quoted, and we hold your items for you in the meantime. Orders up to 30 kg can ship to every European destination we serve.

We ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means your order total does NOT include any import VAT or customs duty your country may apply on entry, or the UPS clearance (brokerage) fee. You pay these to UPS on delivery. Since July 2021 the EU applies import VAT at your country's standard rate with no minimum value, so expect it on every order regardless of size. Customs duty is separate, only applies above €150, and trading cards do not normally attract it. See the "About import VAT and customs" section above for details.

Yes, every UPS parcel is tracked and the tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch. You can follow it with UPS right through to delivery, and we keep the tracking link in your order history so you always have it.

Checkout is in British pounds (GBP). Your bank or card provider handles the conversion to your local currency at their interbank rate, which is usually better than the in-store Eurozone markups most EU retailers charge. International orders are paid by card from the link in your UPS delivery quote email.

Yes. EU consumer rights give you a 14-day right to cancel after delivery for any reason, and we honor that for all European customers. You cover the return postage; we refund the item cost once we've received and inspected the package. If the order was damaged or sent in error we cover the return shipping. A few reasons, depending on what you're buying. First, GBP checkout is often 10-15% cheaper than EUR-denominated EU retailers on the same product, because we price in the weaker currency. Second, we stock Japanese TCG booster boxes at 30-50% below English prices, which are hard to find at EU retailers. Third, our range across 9 TCGs (Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG, Lorcana, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Gundam, LoL, Star Wars Unlimited) means one order covers the whole collection, not three separate shops. Every international order ships tracked with UPS, and you get real buyer protection throughout.
