Yes, we ship to every EU 27 country plus Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Turkey, 32 destinations in total. Every order goes via Royal Mail International Tracked with end-to-end tracking. If you don't see your country in the table above, contact us before ordering so we can confirm.

Typical end-to-end time is 5-7 business days: 1-2 business days for us to pack and dispatch, then 3-5 business days in transit via Royal Mail's international handover partners. Ireland, France, Germany, and the Netherlands tend to be on the faster side; Greece, Romania, and non-EU destinations (Norway, Switzerland, Turkey) sit at the longer end.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight. As a guide: singles (Large Letter, up to 100g) start from £10.30 flat across Europe. Small parcels start from £8.65 to Germany, £9.30 to Ireland, and slightly higher for Zone 2 and Zone 3 destinations. The country table above shows "from" prices for every supported country.

We ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means your checkout price does NOT include any import VAT or customs charges your country may apply on entry. Your local carrier contacts you before delivery to collect any duties, usually via a payment link or cash on delivery. TCG products don't carry extra import duties, only standard VAT above your country's low-value threshold. See the "About import VAT and customs" section above for details.

Yes, every international order gets a Royal Mail tracking number emailed at dispatch. Expect the first scan within 24 hours of shipment. After handover to your local courier (An Post in Ireland, DHL/DPD/PostNL/La Poste depending on country), tracking continues through their system. We keep the Royal Mail link in your order history so you always have it.

Checkout is in British pounds (GBP). Your bank or card provider handles the conversion to your local currency at their interbank rate, which is usually better than the in-store Eurozone markups most EU retailers charge. PayPal and Stripe both show the final converted amount before you confirm payment.

Yes. EU consumer rights give you a 14-day right to cancel after delivery for any reason, and we honor that for all European customers. You cover the return postage; we refund the item cost once we've received and inspected the package. If the order was damaged or sent in error we cover the return shipping.
